My customs products are painted and sculpted by hand using mainly original base pieces/figures unless the client ask otherwise (bootlegs).

The final product may not be of similar color of the reference provided.

Prices are subject to change depending of: difficulty of character's design, availability of base pieces/figure and change currency.

You cannot reproduce my commissions for financial gain unless previously agreed.

You cannot post progress pics unless previously agreed.

As a client you can:request updates during the making of the commission and add extras during the making of the custom (with increase price).

As a client you can't: ask for modifications of the expression of the nendoroid/figure after I started painting and request more than 2 color changes.

International clients: paypal.

Local clients: BCP, Scotiabank, Yape and Plin.

The upfront payment is 20% of the total amount (including shipping) before I start the comission.

There is no refund in case the client cancelled the order or no communication 2 weeks after the product is finished.

My working time may vary depending on the type of custom the client ask for, which varies from 2 weeks up to 2 months.

After the upfront payment I send pictures of the pieces I am going to use for the commission.

I send updates on different stages of the proccess which are sketch of expression, sculpted of the pieces, painted lineart (expression), base painting (hair + body) and final painting.
